Hotel Description

Location. With its futuristic gold structure on one end, the Oriental Riverside Hotel - Pudong Shanghai in Shanghai, China, overlooks the Huangpu River. J across the street from the 648-meter Bund Sightseeing Tunnel that connects the north side of Chen Yi Square at the Bund and the Oriental Pearl Radio and Television Tower at Pudong, the hotel lies 40 kilometers from Shanghai Pudong International Airport. The Shanghai Ocean Aquarium is also a short walk away.
Hotel Features. Illuminated by orange lighting, the hotel's lobby boasts beige marble floors and pillars. Gold-framed doors welcome mostly business guests to this 10-story hotel, which contains a connecting convention center. The meeting facilities range from large halls for up to 3,000 guests to small function rooms for 40 guests. Wireless Internet access is available in most of the public areas of the hotel, and a business center is available on site.

The lobby also leads to a four-story high atrium, which houses a quiet lobby bar peppered with the sound of business travelers mixed with strains of music from the electric piano. An indoor pool, tennis courts, gym, health club, miniature golf, billiards, six-lane bowling alley and beauty salon are some of the other on-site amenities at the hotel.
